Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders for ambulances and medical vehicles can be cancelled before manufacturing commences. Once the fabrication process has started, cancellation requests will be subject to evaluation and may incur charges based on work completed.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
  • For customized/modified vehicles, cancellation after approval of design and specifications will attract a cancellation fee.
  • Orders cancelled after commencement of fabrication work will be subject to deduction of costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Full refund: If cancellation is made within 48 hours of order confirmation and before any work has commenced.
  • Partial refund: If cancellation is made after design approval or fabrication has started, applicable deductions will be made.
  • No refund: Once the vehicle is manufactured and ready for delivery, no refund will be provided.
  • For defective products or manufacturing defects, we provide replacement or repair as per warranty terms instead of refunds.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our ambulances and medical vehicles, returns are not accepted.
